The Willows Sunday Markets are a fantastic place to be on a Sunday morning in Winter.
I know this, because I used to manage my own market stall at the Willows Sunday Markets.
It was called ‘Bali-istic’, for the sake of it almost being a play-on-words of ‘ballistic’, as in “our low prices and excellent wares are so good, it’s ballistic!”
We sold clothing from Bali, hence the pun, and it was almost a joy to wake up before dawn, pack up the truck, and set up our temporary stall.
But let me tell you the best part.
The best thing, about the Willows Sunday markets… is the Wonton Soup.
There is this little red van that sells the most delicious, and most satisfying wonton soup.
It is ballistic, how good the soup is.
I would highly recommend going to the Willows Sunday market, if only for the soup.
